Is there a setup or installation fee?
No. First month is onboarding — we bring your data in, set up logos/subdomains, and train your team. Only the monthly fee, from day one.
Any annual contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel whenever. We'd rather earn your renewal than trap you.
Why price per page and not per sheet?
A UPSC mains answer sheet is typically 15–20 handwritten pages. Cost to us scales with pages (each page is a separate AI evaluation pass), so pricing that way is honest and easy for you to estimate. OMR bubble sheets are counted per sheet because they're nearly free to process.
Can I start on Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade mid-month — we prorate. Moving from
klassi.in/you to you.klassi.in takes one working day with zero student disruption.Do students see "Klassi" anywhere on Enterprise?
No. Your domain, your logo, your sender name on emails, your icon on their phone home screen. The platform is yours in every way that matters to a parent or student.
What if my institute grows past Enterprise limits?
Talk to us — for institutes above 1,500 students or 10,000 sheets/month we'll build a custom plan. Usually cheaper per unit than Enterprise overages.
